Pelvic floor training is most rewarding when you can see progress. That is why this set includes three double kegel balls, all sharing the same 3.4 cm diameter but with different weights. Start with the lightest and gradually move up to the heavier ones.
The lightest balls in the set weigh 60 g and are meant for getting started. The medium ones weigh 75.6 g and suit those with more experience. The heaviest weigh 91.6 g and are for advanced users whose pelvic floor muscles are already well trained.
Just a few minutes a day is enough. Stronger pelvic floor muscles show up not only in more intense sensations during solo play, but also during sex with a partner, where a firmer grip is felt on both sides.
The balls are made from skin-friendly medical-grade silicone, making them easy to insert and pleasant to the touch. The retrieval loop is also fully silicone, making removal easier.
Key features:
- Set of 3 double kegel balls
- Uniform diameter of 3.4 cm
- Weights of 60 g, 75.6 g and 91.6 g
- Skin-friendly medical-grade silicone
- Silicone retrieval loop
Use: Apply a little water-based lubricant before insertion. Start with the lightest ball and move to a heavier one once you can hold it without effort. After use, wash with lukewarm water and leave to dry.
