Use:
Press the cylinder against the body so it seals all the way around and use the trigger pump to gradually draw out the air. Increase the suction slowly and watch the gauge. After pumping, fit the silicone strap around the base of the penis. The valve releases the pressure at any time.
Warning:
If you feel pain or tingling, release the pressure immediately. The set is easy to take apart, after use wash the parts with lukewarm water and mild soap and let them dry.
