How it works with us
We label it
Only a neutral sender name, address and tracking number go on the label. Neither the courier nor the pickup point staff will learn anything from the packaging.
We ship it
We dispatch in-stock goods within 24 hours on working days. Choose a pickup point or home delivery, we'll email you the tracking number.
We email you
The email subject line only shows the order number. No product name, no hint of what's inside.
We protect your data
We use your data only to process your order. We don't pass it on to anyone or send it anywhere.
We handle returns discreetly
Returns work just as discreetly as delivery. We describe the process and hygiene exceptions upfront and without fuss.
Discreet on your bank statement too
Online payments run through a secure payment gateway, your card details never reach us. The bank statement shows only a neutral merchant name, no shop name and no description of the goods.
Your order is on its way fastest when you pay by card or with Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you want one more step of caution, choose a bank transfer.
